Today i will teach you 3 ways to deal with it:

:bulletwhite:Properties
:bulletwhite:Navigate to Security
:bulletwhite:Advanced
:bulletwhite:Navigate to Owner
:bulletwhite:Edit
:bulletwhite:Other users or groups
:bulletwhite:Type in administrator
:bulletwhite:Check names
:bulletwhite:OK
:bulletwhite:Select Administrators
:bulletwhite:Apply>OK>OK
:bulletwhite:Edit
:bulletwhite:Select Administrators
:bulletwhite:Check Full control
:bulletwhite:Apply>OK
:bulletwhite:OK


:bulletblue:Script
This REG script after install, will add a item in your right-click menu to take "Ownership" of that file!

To remove the item from your right0click menu, download and run this script:

:bulletblack:Go to Start and type cmd
:bulletblack:Right click -> Run as administrator
:bulletblack:Type in TAKEOWN /F {PATH TO FILE}
OR
:bulletblack:TAKEOWN /f {PATH TO DIRECTORY} /R /D Y

(To grand full permission to administrators, type in
ICACLS {PATH TO FILE} /grant administrators:F for file
ICACLS {PATH TO DIRECTORY} /grant administrators:F /T for folder
